Failure to follow instructions may result in fire hazard or injury. Ensuring you follow these instructions will give you maximum enjoyment from your candles, while remaining as safe as possible. Please ensure you read and follow all safety and use instructions below at all time. The following information relates to all candle types:

  • Always keep a burning candle within sight.

  • Never burnt candle a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.

  • Keep burning candle out of reach of children & pets.

  • Trim candle wicks to 1/4 inch each time before burning. Keeping wicks tried prevents sooting, mushrooming and blackened jars

  • Always burn candles in a well ventilated room.

  • Never touch or move a burning candle or container when the wax is liquid.

  • Be careful if using candles in power-outage.

  • Always store your candles in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees and away from direct sunlight as this can cause discolouration of the wax and can destroy the fragrance

  • Never let your candle burn out to the bottom of the jar. Your candle jar is at risk of glass cracking or shattering otherwise.

  • Always allow the wax to pool to the outer edge of the jar. This is called a melt pool. Achieving full melt pool provides an even burn and maximises scent throw

  • Never extinguish candles with water. The water can cause the hot wax to splatter and might cause the glass container to break.
